Effective Start Date/Time: Enter the effective start date and time on the account and can be back dated up to 45 days. Enter in the format of mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm am/pm

Effective End Date/Time: Enter the effective end date and time and in the format of mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm am/pm

Is Rental Vehicle: If the vehicle is rented, enter Y or N

Is Trailer Plate: If the license plate is for a trailer, enter Y or N

Delete: If the action is the delete the vehicle from the account enter Y or N for all other purpose.
