The Mobile Alerts program provides text message alerts for SunPass customers to notify them of changes to their account. SunPass customers may opt-in to receive Mobile Alerts. Mobile Alerts are text messages sent to your cell phone. Message and Data Rates May Apply.

SunPass sends the following Mobile Alert notifications:

• Confirm mobile alerts opt-in
• Welcome Message
• Low Balance Notification
• Credit Card Expiration
• Replenishment Success
• Confirm opt-out
• Credit Card Decline
• Auto Replenishment - Recalculation
• License Plate - Subscription About to Expire
• Account Status Change
• Rental License Plate Update

To opt-in and subscribe to Mobile Alerts, log in to your account, select Account Profile, confirm that a valid mobile phone number has been provided, read the Terms and Conditions, then select "Yes" and click Update

You may opt-out at any time by texting STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to SUNPAS (786727) or by updating your Account Profile online.
